Tasting
- Robe: a purple colour which is deep, intense, limpid
and bright.
- Nose: Powerful, black fruits, laurel and nutmeg.
- Mouth: A very attractive structure. Rounded and fatty;
completed with present and silky tannins.

Serving suggestions
- This wine of character and charm is well suited to
red meats, rare roast beef casserole, non-poultry game,
spicy sauces, rich cow's milk cheeses. A perfect combination
with black chocolate. Divine with a Havana cigar!
