No weed killers or chemical synthesis products.

All treatments only with herbal preparations, rock powder and Bordeaux mixture within a limit of 3Kg of copper metal/hectare/year.

Wine produced by means of Biodynamic farming (under conversion) controlled by Ecocert.

Harvesting methods manually, by tubs of 30Kg on a quad bike trailer.
Wine-making

Fermentation started solely with the grape's own yeast.

100% de-stalked; daily pumping over and release at the start of maceration.

No addition of wine making products (gum arabic, glycerine, potassium sorbate, tartric acid, etc...)

Grape varieties

  • 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre.

Tasting

  • Robe: a purple colour which is deep, intense, limpid and bright.
  • Nose: Powerful, black fruits, laurel and nutmeg.
  • Mouth: A very attractive structure. Rounded and fatty; completed with present and silky tannins.

Serving suggestions

  • This wine of character and charm is well suited to red meats, rare roast beef casserole, non-poultry game, spicy sauces, rich cow's milk cheeses. A perfect combination with black chocolate. Divine with a Havana cigar!

Conservation

  • A powerful wine which can be drank immediately, but which can be kept for 4 to 5 years.
