Only very low yields and old, perfectly healthy vines truly reflect the vineyard and its environment.

At the Domaine de Graillefiot, our policy is:

• Yields: 27 to 35 hectolitres/ hectare on the "Villages Appellation". (the appellation decree authorises 45 hectolires/hectare)
• Average age of the vines: 40 years old. Old vines are less productive, mature earlier, offer more consistent quality and are a key component for the richness and depth of a wine.
